Disassembly method of quick plug connector
Quick plug connectors are used for product testing, which require sealing the pipe mouth or connecting detection equipment. The quick plug connector adopts a plug-in operation design, which seals when inserted during sealed connection, and disconnects when pulled out after testing is completed. 1、 Dismantling method of flange tube quick connector
A flanged pipe usually refers to a round pipe with a protrusion at the mouth of the pipe, commonly used in water outlets. Compared to a straight round pipe with a protrusion, it can better protect the fastening of joints or hose clamps.
Flange tube quick connector
When disassembling the flange tube quick connector, hold the sliding sleeve part of the connector body with one hand. Pull back, the sliding sleeve part is under tension, release the front claw to disconnect the connection. It should be noted that when pulling back, parallel force should be applied, and do not use force to break or pull with a large angle.

2、 Disassembly method of threaded quick connector
Threaded quick connect fittings are divided into internal thread and external thread, each with corresponding fitting models. According to the different operation methods, it can be roughly divided into handle pressing type or sliding sleeve type, as well as some pneumatic operation methods.
Threaded quick connector
After the test is completed, hold the handle and press it to push the internal structure to operate through the movement of the connecting rod, causing the front metal claw to contract and disconnect the clamping effect with the internal screw of the pipe fitting. Then pull out the connector backwards to disconnect and continue with the next product test.
